Mont-Tremblant

The Mont-Tremblant ski resort is one of the largest ski areas in Eastern Canada. They have 102 named trails on 4 mountain faces. When visiting a new ski area for the first time, it can be intimidating and difficult to know where to go at first. Like many ski hills, Tremblant has a team of people on the mountain to answer questions about different trails, and they publish information about current trail conditions. The published trail map does a good job of showing where each trail goes and generally how difficult it is. However, sometimes I like to see more than what a trail map can say about a hill.

After spending a great many years skiing at Tremblant, I’ve become very familiar with each trail on the mountain, and have recently started making videos of various trails. I’m posting them here, in the hope that they can help to orient future visitors to the hill. By knowing what to expect about each trail, it will hopefully help guide visitors to the trails they will enjoy the most.

Over time, I hope to gather videos of most of the 102 trails on the mountain, however, I won’t be filming all of them. My days of skiing down double-diamond hills like Dynamite ended during my younger days. Today, you’ll only find me on a double-black when it’s been freshly groomed and in great shape, and I generally avoid glades unless the conditions are near perfect!

Below are the current trail maps of the mountain.
