Today is the day we need to leave for home, and it’s really sad, because the fantastic weather we had yesterday is sticking around today!<\/p>\n

In order to comfortably make our flight home, we would need to leave Lake Louise around 11:30 AM.\u00a0 After breakfast, we packed our things and headed outside for one more short walk.\u00a0 Since we hadn’t walked the Lake Louise shoreline yet on this visit, we thought that was a nice thing to do before heading for the airport.<\/p>\n

Passing by the front of the Chateau, they were setting up for a wedding.\u00a0 Some lucky couple has obviously won the weather lottery for their big day!<\/p>\n

After our short walk by the lake, it was time to check out of our lovely hotel and start the 2-hour drive back to Calgary International Airport.\u00a0 Once back in Calgary, we dropped off the rental car, went through all the usual airport formalities, and waited for our flight back to Toronto.<\/p>\n

We make it back home safely, and look forward to returning to this beautiful area again sometime.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
