The Edge is a separate part of the mountain, where the runs do not begin from the main summit. It is a slightly lower side peak, next to the Versant Nord. There are not a lot of runs over there, and it is mostly known for its gladed runs. For traditional groomed runs, they really only have one, plus a half another run next to it. Because I don’t ski gladed runs, I very rarely ski on the Edge. The one main run they do have is a decent run, but there’s not enough variety over there. But the biggest problem with skiing The Edge, is that it is served by an older fixed-grip quad chair, which takes forever to ride to the top. I like to spend my time skiing and not sitting on the lift!<\/p>\n

To get to the Edge, you first must ski down Beauchemin Bas<\/em> on the Versant Nord, and eventually cut to the left on Letendre<\/em>, which will bring you to the base of the lone chairlift on The Edge.<\/p>\n

To return to the rest of the mountain, you continue below the base of the lift along Letendre<\/em>, to reach the base of the Versant Nord. Alternatively, you can follow Bon Vivant<\/em> off the top of the chairlift, and it will return you to the Versant Sud, part way down Nanses<\/em>.<\/p>\n

The Bon Vivant<\/em> trail is a connector trail to transfer from the top of the Edge chairlift to the Versant Sud.<\/p>\n
